“Renting a spacious studio room private bath and own entrance, 12 minutes away from downtown charlotte and 12 minutes away from airport. Quiet and Safe neighborhood (utilities included) everything furnished in picture will be included, you will also get to put the temperature of the studio room to your own liking. This is for ONE person only, NO pets, only ONE space for car parking. No drugs No drama, will be asking for last 3 paystubs from employer, first month and security deposit of same amount with a rental agreement contract of 6 months or 1 year will be needed in order to move in.
