Rie's room

It’s a private room newly remodeled-new vinyl floor, wall newly painted, the whole house has a centralized AC/heat but this room has own cooling when it’s necessary. Laundry in the public place. Has easily access in the kitchen has gas range, refrigerator, microwave and fyer. Access in the living room. The Full bathroom is shared with roomies and newly remodeled.

Currently I have 1 male roomies and recently female roomies in there early 30’s & 40’s. I have my sons, one in the service in there early & late 20’s. It’s quite place everyone are working during the day while at home they mostly stayed in their room. Friendly, respect privacy, no drugs , not smoking, no overnight guest , no drama, pay on time.
