Alexa's room

• We have loved living in this apartment and are looking to renew, but one of our roommates is moving away and so we are looking to for a third roommate to start a new lease in the same apartment unit.
• The building was recently renovated, is very well-maintained, and is located in a central area in Midtown East - only 0.3 miles from the E,M, F, and 6 lines. The building also offers a laundry room in building, a live-in super, and easily accessible maintenance services.
• The apartment is a 3 bed 2 bath. The unit has a large fully-furnished living room with a dishwasher in-unit. It has a full kitchen, complete with an oven, electric stove top, fridge/freezer, and other appliances.
• The bedroom is available from June 2024 through March 2025. It has a large closet and is spacious enough to fit a queen-size bed, desk, dresser, and two nightstands. It has two large windows, and so the room gets great light.
• Our electricity and WiFi bills are not included, but we already have them set up and can split the costs with our future roommate.

About us: Our names are Alexa and Elizabeth, and we’re two easygoing and down to earth girls in our mid-twenties. We both work hybrid corporate jobs, and so we go into office on occasion, but work from home for the most part. We’re both very clean and respectful of our shared spaces.

About you: We’re looking for someone kind, clean, respectful, and considerate. We are hoping that you can mesh well into our living environment - which we try to keep peaceful, positive, and relaxed for the most part.
