The studio is located in the back of the property there are chickens, ducks, and Turkeys on the property so fresh eggs can be given out when laying. The property also has 50 plus fruit trees so when in season feel free to grab a apple, pear, mulberry, fig, or anything else. Parking is available on site as well there will not on top, below, or to either side of you. There is a shared laundry room that is enclosed with windows. This a great property with Wifi, Electricity, Water, and Trash included.

My wife and myself live in our main house and will not bother you unless you need something fixed and it is requested. We have been married for 7 years and value our privacy as I am sure you do as well.
