Front, as shown in the picture front left . No shared walls. Quiet and peaceful setting. Access to all the common areas living room dining room kitchen den laundry patio yard etc. Laundry is on site. Off Street reserve parking. Prefer no pets. Granite kitchen and wood floors. Very peaceful and quiet setting with a nice landscape yard. Prefer those who do NOT work from home often. Rental rate is based on at least a six months lease, however I will consider shorter lease terms for varying rental rate.

WM professional. I work from home, so it would not be ideal for housemate to work from home very often. I keep the place tidy and clean. No drama no deadbeats no drugs no smoking no vaping. I am easy to get along, but don’t put up with the BS.
