This apartment is honestly heaven. Top floor with beautiful rooms, rooftop with panoramic views, laundry room downstairs, parking in garage and plenty all around for guests. Everything is new(ish)/ beautiful in terms of build and neighbors are sweet but property is pretty often quiet.

Hi! I’m Karyn, a writer and actress living in LA! I work part time from home for my writing job and am a server the other part of the time. I take an acting class twice a week and do the occasional self tape. I love animals but am not in a place to own one, so cheers if you have a furry friend. I value this apartment as a sanctuary in the midst of wild LA, and would love a chill and responsible roommate who is down to be equal parts authentic and respectful.
