This is a 3 bedroom condo. A one master bedroom is available with a private bathroom and your own parking spot. Fully furnished living room and kitchen. Room is not furnished. Closet is extremely spacious. Floors are laminated wood for the room. There is a garage but it’s used for storage. It’s not a condo full of stairs nor noisy neighbors. Pretty much looks like a single story house. Bills are separate and vary. Can be $60 to $90 a month per person. The condo is a 5 min bike ride to CSUF.

Hi my name is Liliya, I currently work part time and am a graduate student. Both my roommate Andre and I are CSUF students. We are friendly, respectful and easy going. Not much rules if any, just be respectful, pay bills on time and keep the shared space clean. This is month to month rent. We are looking for a roommate who is looking for a chill place. We don’t party, keep it clean and are respectful of different schedules thus we will keep it quiet. We are also pet friendly! I have a dog, her name is Venus and she’s very friendly with people and other animals.
