Dulce's room

Small furnished bedroom (about 11x11ft) comes with a full-size mattress with waterproof mattress cover and a box spring for height. There is also a small closet in the bedroom that has a full-length mirror included. The bedroom also comes with curtains (which you can change to your liking when you no longer need them). There are also 3 windows in the room with a view of the front yard of the house/ side of the house. The Bedroom has 2 doors (a sliding barn door that leads into the living room and front door of house and also a second entry regular door that leads directly into the kitchen.

The home has central AC and heating. There is 1 spacious bathroom shared in the house. *Plus, a spare camping style (in a blacked-out tent) toilet in the backyard for emergencies. Full access to the laundry room on scheduled days (you get 2 days of the week for the laundry room the current setup is Monday and Tuesday for the bedroom open to switch days if needed).

Full access to living room, dining room, and the kitchen which comes with your own cabinet space for storage and fridge space.

Street parking only. No kids. This a pet friendly home we have 3 adorably sweet dogs (two seniors 13yo and 1 young 3yr old pit/rottweiler mix - dogs are mostly indoors and 1 cat on the property.

We all enjoy a clean home and share the house chores between all roommates.

The house is located near the SOFI stadium, and about 25 mins from LAX, Manhattan Beach, Dockweiler Beach, LACMA, California Science Center, and the city of Downey.

$700 a month for rent (payment includes: monthly expenses/bills like: water, gas, electric, trash, Wi-Fi, cleaning supplies for the home, and toilet paper). Asking for 1 months’ rent deposit of $700

Background check will be required.

We are 3 people living in the home as of now. There is one couple who live upstairs (myself and my partner) we are the owners of the 3 dogs. We work office hours, when we are not at work, we enjoy having friends/family over at the house, socializing by the fire pit or in the living room, playing instruments, playing switch, gardening, sewing, crafting, and spending time with our dogs.

There’s also a student who lives with us in the back bedroom. She’s mostly at school/work. When she is home, she’s in her room for the most part busy with her cat, homework, and singing. She enjoys cooking and is friendly.

We are all in or late 20’s early 30’s. We have a group chat for the house to communicate about anything going on at home, have any requests, or inform each other if people are coming over/spending the night. We consider ourselves pretty laid back and friendly we would prefer our roommate/s to be the same.
