2bed/2 bath apartment. Bedrooms are on either side of the open living space; insuite laundry and balcony. Shopping centre across the street. Apartment complex has a gym, 2 pools/jacuzzis with bbqs as well. Gated community, very clean and well kept. management is very responsive.

I am a research scientist at UCI. I am from Canada and moved here last fall to work. I am quiet and mostly keep to myself. I keep common areas tidy. I work from home part of the time, so I am home quite a bit. I have a long distance partner that visits about once a month.
