Julie's room

This room is in a family home about a 12 minute drive from downtown Carrboro/Chapel Hill. It’s located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood on 2 acres. Fenced in area on 3 sides plus bordered by a large pond. If you like nature, you’ll love it here. The room is on a lower walk out level. Shared living, dining, bathroom and small kitchenette (dishwasher, two burner stovetop, no oven). Also laundry area shared by whole family.

Wi-Fi but no TV.

Seeking a month-to-month tenant, at least initially.

Only non-swimming dogs considered. Pet fee will apply.

On the same floor is the grandpa of the family. He’s friendly and enjoys his solitude. He doesn’t spend much time at all in the living room, minimal in the kitchen and dining. Upstairs is the rest of the family: adult and 2 teens (usually fairly quiet) plus our dog (also usually fairly quiet). There is a full kitchen upstairs, and grandpa almost always eats dinner with us. We’re positive, caring folks looking for the same. Absolutely no drugs, tobacco or firearms allowed here.
