Hello potential roomie, My name is Chris and I have a room available in a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. The residence is in a private well manicured gated community in Aviara .We are located a mile and a half away from the beach and 2 miles from the Carlsbad premium outlet mall and Costco.The amenities include a hill top community pool, jacuzzi and a barbecue area overlooking South Carlsbad.The room is furnished which includes a bed,nightstand,mini fridge,microwave and a desk.Shared bathroom Full access to washer/dryer.Rent is $1000 a month.This includes all utilities ,Internet & WiFi..Thank you and have a great day.

The residence is currently occupied by 3 individuals.We are all well spirited ,clean ,courteous and respectful for each ones personal space. We all tend to be more on the reserve side of the spectrum. We are very quiet and drama free. We all work full time so we hardly see each other.
