I am looking for a Female tenant for the Owner Suite bedroom, located upstairs with private Bathroom and walk-in closet. My house is located less than 1 mile from downtown Clermont Exits I-4, 417. Background check and six months lease will be required. Tenant can use kitchen and laundry. Terms and conditions will apply. We have one dog and one Bird, please ensure Tenant is not allergic to dog or bird. The rent includes utilities and Internet.
