Southwest Boones Ferry Road

Hi everyone! Putting all my feelers out cuz I’m kind of in a desperate situation - my roommate moved out unexpectedly with a week’s notice and I can’t afford rent on my own, so I’m looking for another roommate. I live in a 2-bed, 1.5-bath townhouse in Tualatin (two separate vanities in main bathroom). With utilities it averages out to $1150 per month per person. No deposit needed. Laundry and dryer in unit. Open to a cat. I don’t really host and I’m pretty quiet and clean. I work 8:30 - 5 m-f and don’t go out very much. Would prefer a female or nonbinary roommate in their 20s or 30s. The lease is month to month, so it’s flexible. Someone who could move in as soon as possible would be ideal. Pictures below - it’s furnished now, and the laundry machine and dryer are behind a curtain. The only thing that’s empty will be the bedroom, but if you have furniture you want to bring, I’m willing to compromise 🙂
