Amber's room

I do have 2 rooms available for 700 and 400 a month, we would share the restroom, kitchen, and you can have access to the living room. I do have cable and wifi. 60$(for smaller room) . And we would split the pg&e and water depending om the bill each month. I do have a 2 year old daughter and boyfriend here as well. No pets because I do have a sml dog.i am 26 years old I work and go to school all day from 10am to 10pm Monday through Saturday. I’m looking for someone quiet who won’t have a lot of guest over frequently.
