Grant's room

The room comes with your own bathroom. Washer and Dryer. Wi-Fi, Cable, and High Quality A/C system available. Must have current employment. My roommate moved to Reno for a new job opportunity and the room is now available to be filled. You must be added to the lease (month to month). The office is also open to accepting someone reliable to co-sign for you to be added on to the lease. You won’t need to pay a deposit if you’re on the lease. No dogs (cats are okay). No Alcoholics. No loud music. No parties. No drugs. I live in a quiet neighborhood. I’m okay with weed but would prefer you smoking outside. I don’t care if you drink but please be responsible about it. The apartment complex is near the mall in a suburban area. The full rent for the whole apartment is $1425. Your Utilities bill would only be $75. Your Rent ($625 + $75= $700). The remainder of the utilities bill each month would come out of my own pocket. My apartment runs A/C throughout the summer. Y’all can sweat under your blankets & deal with loud partying neighbors at some other cheaper room listing if you’d like but my place will remain peaceful & fresh cold during the Heatwave all summer. Plenty of parking available. The room is available May 1st.

I’m 25 years old and I work full time so I will not really be home much throughout the day. I am very clean & respectful. I like to hang out with my friends, go golfing, hiking & swimming in the lake with my dog. The room description sounds like I’m strict but I’m really laid back. I simply wish to find the ideal roommate.
