We live in a nice and quiet home about 10 minutes from UNCC. We have direct access to Reedy Creek Park. If you are interested, you’ll be moving in with two other people (Male, 24 and Male, 28).

We love this place for its location and cost; rent and utilities are around $850 per person a month. We are looking to sublease the room as the previous roommate left for flight school out of state. Just looking for someone financially responsible and tidy, There is a credit background check from Tricon Homes, the lease owners.
