About the room: -Single room for rent with its own private bathroom in a 4 bd 3 bath (2300 sqft) house. -The room is already prefurnished but can easily be unfurnished. -Lease is month to month at $700 per month plus utilities. -$700 refundable deposit required. -We are trying to have the room filled by the 1st of May. If move in is after May 1st, then we will prorate the rent and utilies to be fair. -If you need to have a place with flexable leasing terms and possibly furnished: This is perfect for you! -Located 2 mins off the Lemmon Valley Exit.
