Cute house, I’m a professional who works in Frederick, I do have one small dog, and 3 cats, so no more animals, must be respectful and clean .. open communication.. my kids visit sometimes, and family from out of state, you would have a room in the basement and bathroom..

There are no other renters, just me the owner. Move in date can be worked out, if needed sooner or later.
