We’re all 21-24 year old guys, I’m a full time BSU student studying pre med and the other two are full time working professionals. We’re looking for another guy around our age to fill the last room. The house is super nice, built in 2022, open floor plan, we love the place.
You’ll have your own parking spot in the driveway and ALL utilities are included in the rent.
$930/month plus a $900 refundable security deposit are required up front. 12 month lease, available starting May 1st.
I’ve got a German shepherd who’s a total sweetheart but we don’t want any more pets, no exceptions.
Since I have lived here, the guys have been respectful of my things and space. Theyre all super friendly. I would continue to live here but I have a new job position in Idaho Falls
