The room is very large and airy with inside attached bathroom. Tenant can adjust heating and air conditioning. The situation is very private and quite, and the tenant can come and go as she pleases. Parking is provided. The tenant can add in some of her own furniture–if she wishes. The house is in a suburban neighborhood–very quiet and safe with many convenience very close. The tenant may use the swimming pool and grounds, if she wishes.
About the roomies
I am a widow living alone in a large home. I am active and very healthy. I go out a lot, and I don’t have any pets. The room will be available June 1st–or perhaps a bit before, if needed.
