Hello! We have one room available beginning on May 1st in a 3br/2ba house. It is just a couple miles away from Downtown and Raleys Field. The room is about 9’ x 10’

All utilities are split between the house. Security Deposit: $600

A little about us. You will be living with two guys in their early 30’s. One Professional Geologist (PG) and a consultant. I’m the PG and am an outdoor enthusiast. The other roommate is a chill introvert who I consider very respectful. There is also a five yr old dog who mostly stays outside, especially when no one is home.
