Looking for someone to take over my lease. I am 24 year old female. My other roommates are also females in their twenties. I’ll be gone on April 29, 2024, Move in date would be before May 2, 2024. This is room for rent in a lovely townhouse. You would have two roommates and one of the roommates have a dog but is trained. Room will be furnished. Pictures provided is what you can expect your room to look like with just a different mini fridge and different full size bed with different covers. 1 shared bathroom and a downstairs bathroom. Utilities include: Gas, electric, water, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, wifi, all common areas are furnished, in unit washer and dryer, parking, and garbage truck comes in the morning on Fridays. Utilities are included in the rent it won’t be a separate pay. Background check is needed and a credit check of 620+ There is a lot of different fast food places, gas station, hospitals, universities/colleges and stores that is a convenient drive. NC state is 12 minute drive Meredith college is 20 minute drive Cambell University- School of Law is 14 minute drive There’s a food lion down the road There’s a Walmart 10 minutes from here Short term lease of four months or can be a month to month lease, inquire for further information. One roommate works from home and has a golden retriever. She is attending NC state as well. Very kind, won’t bother you, and fun to be with. New roommate is a traveling nurse who I haven’t met yet. Landlord is understanding, kind, and reasonable. Currently studying law firm.
