The room for rent is the Master Suite of a three-bedroom house. The main room of the rental is 14 x 14. In addition, there is a bathroom with a two-sink vanity, a separate small room for the toilet, a shower and a large closet with three rods to hang things and a two-foot-wide bank of five shelves. In addition, between the main room and the bathroom is a full linen closet. Room has some furnishings already including a single bed, a comfortable lounging chair, and desk chair.

The renter has full use of that space, use of the laundry room and a space to park a car in the garage. In the kitchen, there is space in the refrigerator and the pantry for storage. The posts and pans, dishes and other items in the kitchen are available also.

The house is set up so that the other two bedroom are separate from the Master Suite, creating privacy for the owner and the renter. There is a covered patio with access to it by the dining area and off the Master Suite. Rent includes utilities and internet services.

I own the house and am retired. I’m looking for a mature housemate. I am well organized and fairly quiet but enjoy good conversations. I am a reader, a visual artist and am working on writing a book which I plan to have done by the end of the year. I would consider a small dog or cat and am open to discussing specific needs of a renter.
