1 Bedroom available in 2B1B apartment. The room is already set up with a double bed and a mattress, a study table with a monitor and chair, and a large shelf. Also, there’s a portable fan/heater in case the weather is too hot/cold.High-speed internet access is also available.

The apartment is located in central Berkeley:

• 4min walk from the bus stop
• 10min walk to BART, a 4min walk to Target
• 10min walk to Trader Joe’s (which is accessible by bus as well)

I personally find this location safe, peaceful and homely.

I am looking to sublease my room to a girl from May to July 2024 (for the summer semester). We make sure to keep our rooms and the apartment clean and tidy, and we expect the same from the new person :)

You will be sharing the apartment with Yamini, a working professional at a biotech firm in Berkeley. Yamini has been an excellent roommate, she helped me settle down in this new town when I shifted here in the fall of 2023 and is very helpful in nature. Her usual routine includes going to work, working out at a nearby climbing gym, and relaxing with healthy meals and documentaries.
