Brandon's room

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in LA, and don’t have $2000 for a studio in Hollywood, then come on up north a little. This is a very spacious bedroom with a very spacious closet at $900/mo. Our rent was just increased in Feb of this year, so we shouldn’t be seeing any increases for a while. The bathroom is shared with myself, I don’t have too many things in the bathroom just your casual usual stuff.

Oh! There is 1 single parking spot that currently the other roommate and I share on a first-come-first-serve basis; although if it is requested by either of us for whatever reason we have no issue obliging. If you drive and also need the spot we could easily work something out :)

There is a pool in the complex and we are about to head into the summer, so hopefully that intrigues you!

I currently just have 2 photos of the room that are up, but will be taking some more soon. Oh, and you can keep the furniture pictured, or not :)

The other roommate and myself are very laid back and easy-going. I love to play video games and watch TV and go out, he loves Disney and to spend time with his boyfriend. I do love to host friends over for whatever reason, friendsgiving, drag race viewing parties, etc.
