• Rent is $890 per month, plus utilities which are an additional $70-$100. Deposit of $890 required upon move in
• Full access to all common areas including a living room, front and back yards, large kitchen, and garage for storage needs
• Washer and dryer available on site
• Pets reside on the property but no more are allowed per the owner :(
• Bonus points if you don’t have guests over often
• No couples, no kids

This is a very chill and QUIET household. We all mostly keep to ourselves. You will be expected to participate in regular household chores (trash, sweeping, cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen, etc).
