Roommate needed in 3 bed/3 bath apartment in Courthouse neighborhood of Arlington!

Currently my boyfriend and I live in this main suite alongside two young professional men who are very nice and respectful.

Dual shower and bath! Double vanity! Massive closet! The room is incredibly spacious for one person, and fits two WFH comfortably. We’ve loved living here (1 year), only reason we’re moving is for my our commute.

Living arrangement details: The room available is $1840/month and comes with a large 22’ x 13.5’ (300 SQFT) room, personal bathroom inside the room, massive walk in closet, and a great view of courthouse from the 10th floor with large floor to ceiling windows. Shared living room, shared Den, large kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, pantry, and plenty of storage space. What more can you ask for?

We’re looking for someone to move in starting May 1st (flexible), available for 2 mo or ~14 mo lease.

Apartment Location: The apartment is called Bell at Courthouse. We live an 8 minute walk from the Courthouse metro stop, and are close to lots of restaurants and bars. We’re also walking distance from Ragtime, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s/Safeway/Giant are all less than 10 min away.

Apartment Amenities: 24/7 gym with weights, cardio / abs room, multiple treadmills & bikes, and nice machines ranging the full body. Outside grill area open year round. Pool is right outside and is open Memorial Day - Labor Day. Game room, business center, free cold brew on Fridays. Seriously it never ends. Leasing staff are very friendly, and the maintenance is easy and quick. Dog happy hours, lots of dog bag station right next to apartment, dog walking areas, Rocky Run Park right next door with basketball courts, field, and park.

There are 2 male roommates at the moment. One is a systems analyst at Freddie Mac and one is a finance consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. They both are pretty chill and keep to themselves for the most part. One is always at his partner’s house (he is moving in with his boyfriend in July) and the other is for the most part always in his room but will spend time in the living space occasionally and is open to socializing. They rarely ever use the kitchen or living room which is nice because if you like to cook you will almost never have to worry about being in anyone’s way. The apartment is pretty quiet for the most part. The roommates are not big partiers but they also are very relaxed about you doing get togethers over the weekend at the apartment or having people stay over as long as you are respectful. One is in his late 20s and the other is in his early 30s.
