The room is in a 4x4 in all girls apartment. Own bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in closet. Furnished with dresser, chair, bed, and side table. Sharing the common area ( Kitchen & living room ) with roommates. Apartment comes with a washer and dryer.
Roommates are quiet, friendly, and clean. Very quiet hardly hear them or even know they’re there.
Rent is $805 Utilities are split between roommates.
Complex has a clubhouse, private fitness center, study area with computers, hammocks, pool, and fire pit. Complex is very friendly, do weekly giveaways, and host events for the residents.
