About the roomies
The room will be available May 1st . You may interview the current tenant who’s a female and absolutely loves the living arrangement, but is now moving on. One tenant/roommate/lodger needed. The room is furnished but if you want to bring your own furniture, I can accommodate. All bedrooms are upstairs. I live in the master bedroom. There is another professional man who lives in the other upstairs bedroom. No couples or pets. You’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom. The house has 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. My home has mostly new furniture & appliances - the room comes with access to everything in the communal spaces of the home, garage & backyard.
We will start with a 3 month lease/rental agreement. I prefer someone who is quiet and easygoing. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood located in the Broadstone area. It is ~6 minute drive to Intel. Windsor Mini Park is across the street from the house. There is a large backyard with propane BBQ. You would also have an abundant amount of storage space in the garage. There is street or driveway parking. Electricity, water, sewer, gas, garbage, and high speed internet is included in rent. $1000 deposit and background check before approving a new tenant. There is a 30-day notice when moving out. This is in an excellent location, very close to Palladio, bike trails, freeway, restaurants and more.
About the roomie/landlord. I am an analyst and telework from home 3 days per week. I’m looking for someone who is quiet between 10pm and 7am during the week. I’m hoping to have someone who somewhat mirrors my schedule and respects common courtesy boundaries.
