Please note: This listing includes TWO private bedrooms and a private bathroom (I just moved in but there are two queen beds and the rooms will be fully furnished). If you have a boat, park right underneath the house. All utilities included, bring your toothbrush and food:) If you’re a student, this is a safe and comfortable space. 20 mins to downtown St Pete (beat the northside traffic!), 15 mins to Bradenton, 30 mins to Sarasota– quiet, yet close in. Real treasure for beach lovers!!

Hi! I’m a university professional who just bought a completely restored, stilted, 3/2 house across the street from Terra Ceia Bay, and I’m looking for a like-minded person who’s friendly, quiet, and financially responsible. I have one indoor/outdoor cat. I like to work out, garden and watch comedy shows:) You’ll hear me laughing a lot… I’m a local tour guide in my mind; if you’re new to the area, I can help. I’m quiet, non-intrusive, drama-free every day (haha).
