We’re looking for a fellow male roommate to join our Christian friendly household. Private bedroom with ensuite bathroom currently available. Bed and desk available or they can be removed.

The place is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3 story condo in Glendale (south of the Americana, also close to Atwater Village, Los Feliz, Highland Park) Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom! Washer/dryer in the apartment unit Central A/C and heat. $940/month rent, plus shared utilities (Gas, Electric, Internet) $725 deposit There are two parking spots that two of the roommates are using so someone that is okay with street parking is preferred. If you need to park in the garage, a rotation schedule can be implemented but you will have to pay an extra $70 a month when you use the spot.

Sorry, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs. If you’re looking for a place to invite girls/girlfriends to stay the night, this is not the right fit. If you’re looking for a place that is generally low key and has the potential for inviting a few friends to hang out, then this may be a better fit.
