Property is a large single story house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 1/3 of an acre in Orangevale, newly remodeled. All new water lines, electric, flooring, appliances, ect. Rooms are private spaces. The kitchen, backyard, and living areas are all shared. There is driveway parking for 1 vehicle per tenant. Pool, basketball court, and many other shared amenities. Pool is professionally maintained weekly and available to tenants. Utilities included within reason. The area is quiet, and peaceful. The property is backed up against a large farm and it has country vibe. The neighborhood is established, very safe, and almost all needed shops are within walking distance.

Hi. I’m Michael. I own the property and live here. Andrew is our other roommate and rents one of the rooms. There is one well trained dog, and a very sweet cat. We are both in our mid to late 30’s and are full time working professionals. I work in tech and Andrew works in engineering. I rent up to 3 rooms at any given time to stable, respectful, working or studying professionals. This is not a party house with excessive drinking or drug use. All roommates are clean, mature, and respectful. We aim to create a safe environment for everyone to live, learn, and grow. At this time we are not looking at add any pets. Male roommates preferred.
