Jessica's room

This is a private room with a shared bathroom in a house with 2 other people in the Arden area. Just 5 minutes from the freeway and close to the mall and costco. There is one dog and one cat in the house. Open to talking about you bringing a small dog or small pet. Internet,gas and electricity are shared. I recently bought the house myself and am looking for extra money to help do house improvements. We have a huge backyard if gardening is your thing!

There are 2 of us in the house. Jessica🏳️‍🌈 (me): I am a teacher. I tend to be pretty quiet. I don’t party, occasionally🍁. I’m pretty chill as long as we can all be respectful of one another. My dog, Boots, is a good, quiet dog. He will be your best bud. My cat Nugget spends most of her time in my room. She won’t bug you. Gianny: Kind, respectful, in a committed relationship. He works early, so goes to bed early and is quiet.

We both like outdoors activities, bbqing, cooking and hearing new music. It’s a nice cohesive household here and we are looking for someone to keep it drama free!
