About the room

Gated community with a pool and 5 minutes away from CSUSM. Includes a 2 car garage and outside community parking. One single room is available with a shared bathroom with my 2 roommates. The first floor has half a bathroom. My lease ends June 1, so we are looking for someone to move in the same day.
