3 bed, 2 full bath house in beautiful and quiet neighborhood, 2.5 miles from the beach. The room I’m renting is private with full bath adjacent. Living room and den each has its own fireplace. I’m 49 (but far from an old man), married and work remotely from home. My wife had to get an apartment in LA bc the commute was literally killing her. Thus need a roomie to make a little income to supplement the cost of her apt. I’m pretty chill. Work normal hours. Watch TV/movies in the evening and on weekends. If I go out I’m usually visiting friends in LA or San Diego. Don’t typically have visitors. Looking for friendly, respectful, responsible roommate.
