This is a luxury like area surrounded by all types of amenities, a mall, highly liked fast foods and restaurants, close to I-95, and much more convenience. Beautiful pool/jacuzzi access and a grill and TV screens for enjoyment. Nice and spacious gym as well, along with study/conference rooms in the club house. Very clean and quiet community filled with working class (nurses, instructors, teachers etc!). Friendly neighbors and friendly environment!

I am working and really focused o my financials and schooling. I am chill, a gamer, and love music. Looking for a roommate to fill the space, respect my privacy, clean after themselves and be responsible/dependable when it comes to rent, bills, noise etc.
