Emily and Adam's room

Hello! We have a master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom for rent. The security deposit would be applied to the first months rent. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a great location - only 5 mins from CSUSM, palomar, freeway entrances, gym, food districts, grocery stores and clinics/hospitals. 20 minute drive to Carlsbad beaches. You will have 1 parking spot less than 30 feet from our door, but there is a park across the street with unlimited overnight parking. We also have a garage that offers some extra storage. The apartment complex is very relaxed with very friendly neighbors, and friendly maintenance workers. In unit washer and dryer are on the balcony in the outdoor closet. The community offers a pool, gym and jacuzzi in the complex. We have very friendly cats, a male and female. Both are clean and their foods/litter are kept in their own rooms. Preferably no other cats please, and no dogs. We have all basic kitchen appliances and the living room is already furnished (but a lot of things may leave at current lease end - let us know if you have things to bring). 2 females are in the other 2 rooms. We would prefer a couple to move in, but anyone is welcome! Updated pictures to come sooon!

21 y/o and 24 y/o. We each have a cat, a 3 year old and one year old. We are very clean. We aren’t always home because we both work full time. We are very friendly, I also met the roommate here on roomies and I’ve been here for over a year and a half. .
