It’s fully remodeled Has a patio area a washer / dryer in the unit, All Utilities included.(electric water gas internet WiFi and trash) Gated Community and Parking available in complex. Pool, gym, bbq, and park area available. The room is unfurnished as I’m using it as an office now. You can bring your own furniture if you like or it can be furnished I have an extra sofa, twin bed with mattress and a nightstand in the storage. Huge closet.. Smoking outside No pets (dogs or cats) I do have a fish tank. Small pets like fish are ok. Any questions feel free.
