About the room
Located in The Legends. The Legends is a mid-island location convenient to shopping, restaurants and the airport. Just a bike ride to the beach and some of the top golf courses in the area. There are two pools and a gym. Beautiful remodeled condo with forest views. Furnished bedroom, shared bathroom. It’s a three bedroom unit, but I don’t live there ten months a year. Looking for two roomies at $1500 each to cover expenses. Looking for a ten month lease, August-May.

Prefer two friends that each want their own room. Condo is super cute and remodeled. NON smokers only and respectful, quiet and kind people. Sorry, no pets, drugs, parties, etc. Prefer happy people that love the island.
