About the apartment:

• This is 4-bedroom apartment with high ceilings (it used to be glass factory) which includes a guest room that can be used for guests (last photos is the guest room). You will be sharing the apartment with 3 roommates and 2 cats. 
• You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 roommate.
• Huge living room and kitchen, fully furnished and equipped. You are welcome to add to the house if you wish to, but you will have access to all the essentials.
• Washer and dryer in unit.

Transportation: Near the 7 and G trains 

About the room:

• The room is huge, about the size of a studio apartment. You can easily fit a bed, a closet, a couch and a desk (the 2 photos in the beginning are the room, I’m waiting for my current roommate to send me better photos showing the whole space).
• There is a big skylight and 2 smaller ones to give you sunlight
• If you want to install an A/C it would have to be a portable one (there is already a hole on the wall for it)
• It has an electric fireplace that is cute and you can program it to turn on and off during specific times of the day.

• We are quiet and clean people, and we all have a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days at home). We don’t usually have people over and if that happens it’s all communicated in advance. We are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
• One of the cats is very friendly and will greet you every day while the other one you probably won’t see much.
