SUMMER SUBLEASE ✨
Hi, I am looking for a female subleaser from May - July at the Unionwest Student Housing.
Located in Downtown Orlando, near all major forms of transport, shops and dining.
This would be ideal for any student that will be taking courses Downtown at UCF or Valencia College.
Amenities include, study halls, a gym, lounge areas, washer and dryer. They have a free shuttle that takes you directly to the main UCF campus and has Dunkin, Subway, Starbucks and more just a short trip downstairs.
The room that I am subleasing is a shared bedroom in a 4x2 floor plan. I must mention that *you will have the room to yourself for the entire summer as my former roommate has long vacated.

About the roomies
Four other college females live in our unit and are respectful to one another and the spaces that we share such as the living room. There are 2 bathrooms altogether. You will be sharing with 1 other female.
