One bedroom with a full detached bathroom available, as well as a large, shared living room (furnished) and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment itself is beautiful with excellent views of the city, hardwood floors, a working fireplace, and exposed brick. Additionally, the building has an elevator, laundry room, and courtyard.

Rent includes gas, electricity, and internet.

I am a 29-year-old professional male. I’m clean, friendly, and outgoing but will also respect your privacy and space. I work a varying schedule - usually second shift - and will also occasionally have a small dog in the apartment.
