ADDITIONAL INFO: • New tenants will be taking over the remainder of the current lease (thru july) and then we can all renew for another year at that time. • There is a lot of space in the garage (it is walled off so cannot be parked in), it’s mostly storage now but I’d love to make it into an art/craft studio or something else cool!

THE HOUSEMATES: • Emm ( F) - Spa Manager, Holistic Esthetician, artist, sign painter, avid festival goer, super chill, vegetarian • Ben ( M) - Fun loving and low key, former brewer still in the industry. Loves legos, movies and blankets, and adventures. • Chill, communicative, clean, responsible, respectful • We enjoy hanging out but also live independent lives • Main living spaces are upstairs, living room, kitchen, my room/bath and primary room/bath are upstairs so you will primarily share space with me. Ben’s room/bath/office is downstairs.
