Are you looking for a place to live with reduced rent where your help can make a real difference? Look no further! I am seeking a roommate to assist with childcare for my almost 6-year-old for 10-15 hours every other week (the days I have my child). These hours will be explicit so that there is no room for unclear expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who need undivided attention, such as those with special needs or high energy levels. In exchange for your help, you will have your own room, bathroom, and parking space in a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse. We have one ESA, a dog named Duncan, so I prefer someone without a pet.
