Redoaks Drive

This is a no-smoking, drug free shared housing for professionals. Room is clean, unfurnished. Pick the 1st floor room with private bath or a 2nd floor room with shared bath. Street parking is free and usually available in front of the house. Laundry, kitchen, home entry, dining and living rooms are common areas. Central heat and A/C operational at all times. Utilities split equally between all housemates.

3 ppl live here currently- a professor, a mechanical drafter, and an auto parts delivery person. Age range is from the 40’s to the 60’s. They stay in their respective rooms most of the time, maintaining a quiet home. Occasional visitors are allowed. No restrictions on food or clothing.
