I’m looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP, starting on the 1st of May. The contract ends in January and can be extended but if you need to leave, please make sure to find a replacement. The house is right by Trader Joes UTC in Irvine. One of the closest apartments to Campus. Rent is 500 + utilities. It’s a shared bedroom and shared bathroom.
