Our tenants are all screened with our free Application process. One time move in fee of $50 goes to the house manager. We look for folks who have good hygeine overall, Nice Spirit, going to school or working or have a co-signer or receive dpss while going to school, no felonies, no bad vibes related to hard drug and alcohol use. Myself, I visit once a week and help maintain not only the property, but check in with everyone present. Helping to ensure best vibes possible at all times.
