Internet and utilities included. Gated property, tons of security, pool, fitness, and oh yeah; the Riverwalk. Escape work and traffic in your furnished or unfurnished condo by the sea. Currently for May 1 to October 31, with possible extension.

Fifty year old, chill dude, with two dogs - no more animals. I’m the let’s have a drink or five roomie, and I can hold my end up on wicked smart talk 🤓 You can have a seat, or have your space. I’m good either way.
