Hello, Everyone. My roommate and I are looking for a new roommate. Looking to move in immediately once the application is approved. The place is a 22 unit complex that is very quiet, and peaceful. There is laundry on site and a pool. This is a 3 bedroom apartment, 2 bath apartment. The bedrooms are sectioned off from the living areas. There is ample space and storage. The living room is already furnished (but is open for more furniture). We rotate the parking space between the 3 residents. (Street parking isn’t bad off the corner of Tyrone. Street sweeping on one side is by noon on Tuesdays and the other side is on Mondays.) The shared bathroom is a shower/tub combo and it is a big bathroom. (You will be sharing a bathroom with someone). There is no carpet in the apartment, except the bedrooms.

Rent: is $800 a month Utilities is separate: roughly 75-100 all together or cheaper. Can get an estimate if asked. Security Deposit: $815 Room: Unfurnished Gender: Preferred Females (Since sharing a bathroom with a female) LGBTQ+ Friendly Pets: (I believe the contract is that it would raise your rent by a 100 but animals are okay but currently we have no pets. Something to acquire once approved.)
