Fairfax Road

I rent an apartment in Blacksburg that has 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One unfurnished room is available for rent. Rent is $820/month per person and includes all utilities and wifi. Electricity is not included in that price. The price of electricity fluctuates each month. It all depends on how much is being used. The apartment has plenty of unreserved parking spaces. No pets are allowed, since I have filled the 2 pets per unit rule. We could probably sneak another cat in, but definitely not another dog. Lease would start May 1st, 2024, but early move in is possible before May 1st if enough notice is given.

I have 2 pets; a dog and a cat. They are both very friendly and take a while to warm up to new people.
